P90X®

P90X® is a 90-day fitness program created using the science of Muscle Confusion™ in order to transform your body from regular to ripped. Muscle Confusion™ accelerates your results by constantly introducing new moves and routines so your body never plateaus. Created originally as an at-home DVD program, RevolutionX is BRINGING IT to you in the form of high intensity workouts in your community! When you enroll in the P90X® program with RevolutionX, you commit to BRING IT with us for six days of intense workout each week.

Insanity®

Insanity is a Max Interval Training workout using only body resistance and high intensity to produce results. The idea is to perform long bursts of maximum-intensity exercises with brief rest periods. Each workout challenges you as you swap between aerobic and anaerobic intervals. When you enroll in the Insanity® program with RevolutionX, you can come in up to three times per week for classes. The result? You will burn up to 1,000 calories in just one class and shred your body in just 60 days.

Yoga

RevolutionX isn’t your average yoga studio, and we’re OK with that! Join us for any of our various yoga class times to get an intense hour of deep stretch and flow. If you’ve tried yoga in the past and weren’t a fan, we encourage you to try it with us… we’re laid back, we approach it with an athletic flair, and we know that in the end, it’s helping balance out our heavy lifting and endurance cardio, which we all truly need.
