Jen Xanders, Yoga Instructor

JenBioJen is the mother of twin girls and the wife of a triathlete. Her journey crossed the path of yoga around 1995 as she looked to create a healthier lifestyle. It has been an ever-evolving experience that has deepened and enriched all aspects of her life. She began the practice of yoga to get stronger, and somewhere along the way realized it can heal not only the body, but also the mind. As a teacher, she looks to encourage students to reconnect with their bodies and intuition, helping them realize how powerful, loving, and happy they are beneath all the junk they don’t need. Her teaching style is a perfect representation of an intense vinyasa yoga flow, because it is both physically challenging and spiritually empowering. Expect to sweat, smile, and let go of the outside world. With an emphasis on the sweat.

Kelly Colby, Yoga InstructorKelly_Headshot_Sized

Kelly first found her way onto her yoga mat in 2002, and she wasn’t quite sure about it. She quickly went back to running and chasing life until her family grew and her priorities began to shift. She returned to her yoga mat a few years later, seeking a physical challenge and peace of mind. Kelly completed her 200-hour RYT certification at All People Yoga Center in 2015, and she looks forward to sharing her love of yoga with her students. She hopes to enable her students to recognize and embrace the inner energy and strength that yoga brings to life, both on and off the mat. She teaches a heated power flow that encourages her students to grow and reflect in body and mind. When Kelly is not teaching or practicing yoga, you can find her spending time with her husband and two young daughters. She enjoys running, traveling with her extended family, cooking, and volunteering at her daughters’ school.
